From National Airport, follow signs to Richmond which will lead to I-395 South.  I-395 South will turn into I-95 South.  Follow I-95 South to Richmond to Exit 130-A (Downtown Fredericksburg & Route 3 East).  Bearing off exit, you will go through five (5) traffic lights.  After the 5th light, you will start to go downhill and under a small overpass.  At the bottom of that hill will be your 6th light.  Turn left at that light (staying in the right-most lane of the two lanes turning left).  After making the left, the two lanes will split as you go up a small incline; bear right onto Hanover Street.  You will go past a large ballfield on your right as you approach two (2) traffic lights.  At the second light, turn right onto Kenmore avenue.  IPI's offices are approximately 1-1/2 blocks on the left in a large brick building called "Mill Race Commons."  Union Bank & Trust will be on your right.  IPI's offices are upstairs in Suite 200.
