DAYTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT


The City of Dayton (City), Department of Aviation, is seeking qualified firms to respond to a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for general contracting services for a 2100 space Multi-Level Parking Structure at the Dayton International Airport.  The RFQ will be available on July 7, 2008.  All those interested must register by contacting Ms. Bev Macy in writing at bmacy@flydayton.com, or via fax at (937)264-3592.  Responses and submittals are due no later than 3:00 P.M. EDT August 20, 2008.  It is the intent of the RFQ to pre-qualify contractors to participate in the bidding process for this project that is scheduled for October 2008.

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OF COMMUTER PARKING FACILITIES

MTA METRO-NORTH RAILROAD


MTA will be issuing a Request for Proposal for a system wide Parking Operation Agreement/Lease to operate and maintain specified Metro-North Railroad parking facilities that currently include 34 locations with 13,600 parking. Continued parking capital expansion to meet ridership increases is ongoing.

The new term with the successful proposer is to begin in spring 2009 after negotiations are completed.

Experienced parking services companies interested in receiving this RFP should submit a letter of interest by mail, fax, or email before June 30, 2008 to one of the designated points of contact below:

All proposals shall be publicly disclosed in the agenda for the meeting of the MTA Board at which the transaction will be considered for approval.  All contacts with the MTA relating to this RFP must be made through the designated points of contact above.  Contacts with anyone else at MTA relating to this RFP may be a violation of the law and result in the disqualification of the proposer.
