Parking Professional of the Year Nomination Criteria

A complete entry for each nomination category consists of the following information and supporting documentation. Incomplete entries cannot be considered and will be returned.

James M. Hunnicutt, CAPP, Parking Professional of the Year nominations must include:

NOTE: Please save the files as the nominees last name, then an underscore, then what the PDF document is (ie. Johnson_Statement.pdf, Johnson_Supervisor Ltr.pdf, Johnson_Photo.jpg, etc.) Files being uploaded should not exceed six (6) total files and should not exceed the page number limit as listed for each below.

In PDF format; not to exceed two (2) pages:

  • A two-page statement discussing the individual and why they are noteworthy to receive recognition (limit 1,000 words). Include description of individuals' customer service/above-and-beyond the individuals' job description.
  • A resume, job description of the nominee, or outline of duties.

In PDF format; not to exceed three (3) pages:

  • Additional supporting documentation, if desired.

In PDF format; not to exceed one (1) page:

  • A one-page letter of recommendation from the appropriate supervisor.
  • A one-page letter of recommendation from a subordinate of the nominee.
  • A one-page letter of recommendation from a customer.
  • A one-page letter of recommendation from a peer.
  • A bulleted-list of the nominees' extraordinary accomplishments.

In JPG or Vector format; not to exceed one (1) page:

  • Head and shoulders professional photo - minimum 300 dpi high resolution color photograph.

Once you have completed the online form you will receive a confirmation email with instructions of how to upload your required files to complete your nomination. The instructions are:



i.  Go to
ii.  Log in with these credentials (case sensitive):

Username: cpguest

Password:  CittIdaupt (the middle letter is a capitol I, not an L)

iii. Choose "Upload new file via HTTP"
iv.  Enter your email address. This will be used for identifying who the nominator is for the nomination.
v.   Enter your email address as the destination email to receive confirmation of your upload.
vi.  Set the "File available for" to 3 weeks.
vii. Select your file to upload - one at a time. The required files can be zipped and uploaded once or you can upload each required file one by one. It is imperative that a description is included (ie. Johnson_Supervisor Ltr.pdf).
viii. After each upload you will need to click "Upload" on the top menu and repeat the process for each document.
ix.  You will receive an email confirmation for each uploaded document.
