FREDERICKSBURG, Virginia (February 26, 2009) - The International Parking Institute is pleased to announce the hiring of Henry Wallmeyer as its Deputy Director. His role will be to develop additional membership valued programs and services including education/training, publications, research and surveys.

"His extensive association management experience, combined with his business background, is a welcome supplement to our association. Henry has consistently demonstrated successes in building vital relationships and achieving unmatched success in associations and corporations, and his addition enables us to further develop the industry's premier association practices into a significant powerhouse."

Henry comes to IPI from the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery where he was the Senior Manager, Corporate Relations. Prior to that that, Henry's association management experience included the Club Managers Association of America, the Truck Renting and Leasing Association and the National Lumber and Building Material Dealers Association.
Mr. Wallmeyer has a BSBA in Marketing from Villanova University, and he and his wife Jonelle and their two children live in Alexandria, VA.
