Kim Jackson, CAPP

Ms. Jackson is the Director of Transportation and Parking Services at Princeton University in New Jersey.  With over 20 years of experience she provides leadership, expertise and management for university transportation and parking operations, services, facilities and programs.  Ms. Jackson formerly worked at IPI as the Chief Executive Officer.  She was responsible for the oversight, accountability and authorization for the proper expenditure of funds and association property; direct report to the Board for all activities, policies, procedures, and financial accountability of the Association.

Prior to IPI, Kim was Director of Parking and Transportation at Rutgers University in New Jersey responsible for the university's Parking and Transportation Programs.  She managed daily operations for a multi-faceted program consisting of five New Brunswick campuses, contracted bus and handicap transport.  She oversaw an auxiliary operation with budgets in excess of $2.5 million, parking spaces totaling 19,000, and well over 30,000 registered vehicles annually.  Transportation as contracted service had a budget in excess of $3.1 million annually and a ridership of over six million passengers. Ms. Jackson attended Rutgers and graduated with her BS in Management.  She is a class of 2000 CAPP graduate and currently serves on the Board of Directors of IPI.
